We process delivery information including customer names, addresses, delivery time windows, stop status, and route details. This data is necessary to provide our route optimization and delivery management services.
Driver Location Data
When drivers use the RoutZap mobile app during active deliveries, we collect GPS location data to enable live tracking and route monitoring. Location tracking only occurs during active delivery sessions.
Photos
Drivers may upload proof-of-delivery photos. These photos are stored securely and associated with the corresponding delivery stop.
